The EU has today announced they will be implementing regulations requiring all new buildings to be zero emissions by 2030, this is the final part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive's (EPBD) adoption, it is part of their roadmap Fit for 55, aiming to cut greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55% by 2030, compared to 1990 levels.
