70% of Gen Z, Millennials Consider Environmental Sustainability Important in Choosing Employers: Deloitte Survey

​Interesting report by Deloitte - 70% of candidates born since 1983 consider Environmental Sustainability to be important when choosing future employers.


By 2030, candidates born between 1983 and 2005 are expected to make up 74% of the entire workforce, of the 23,000+ candidates surveyed 90% reported a sense of purpose was important to their job satisfaction.


This is a global survey and something that all employers should be taking note of if you wish to stay competitive when it comes to all talent acquisition not just esg and sustainability recruitment.
