Our client a leading Environmental Build Consultancy is seeking a talented BREEAM Assessor – Sustainability Consultant to work from home or optional hybrid working from one of their regional offices across England.
Reporting into the Principal Consultant you will support their existing BREEAM team working on New Construction and Refurbishment projects.
Candidates MUST have:
Proven experience leading the assessment process and ensuring successful delivery.
Be a qualified BREEAM Assessor.
Good client management capabilities, steering design team meetings, working with and influencing stakeholders.
Passion for sustainability and delivering quality results.
Desirable is experience with:
Domestic Refurbishment
Carbon Impact Assessments
Circular Economy Statements
Life Cycle Assessment
Life Cycle Costing
Energy modelling
This roles suits someone who is well organised, can demonstrate a keen attention for detail and enthusiasm for the subject. You will need to manage your own projects and timescales. This includes liaison and coordination with our wider team and maintaining strong client communications throughout.
