Rapidly growing ESG software business with its own consultancy arm is seeking a QA Manager / Test Manager to be based in central London and support their global expansion.

Working with the development team you will be integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products. The carbon accounting software utilises AI to measure complex supply chain emissions enabling companies to decarbonise their businesses.

Key duties will include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies and test plans.

  • Leading the QA efforts in an agile framework using Jira to track progress and issues.

  • Collaborating closely with developers to identify, debug, and resolve issues early in the development process.

  • Establishing automated testing pipelines and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.

  • Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.


Candidates MUST have:

  • Extensive experience in software quality assurance with a strong understanding on multiple testing areas, such as API testing, performance testing, security testing, etc…

  • Proven ability to design and implement automated testing frameworks.

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of various programming and scripting languages.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to stakeholders.

  • Passion for sustainability and our mission to help reach net zero.


Desirable are:

  • Experience working in a start up business that is undergoing rapid growth.

  • Experience in an ESG SaaS solution or climate related technology business.


This is a wonderful opportunity to join a progressive business, with hybrid working patterns that is looking to deliver a unique and first class service. The successful candidate will receive a basic of between £50,000 - £65,000, equity and good benefits.
