Rapidly growing ESG software business with its own consultancy arm is seeking a Partnerships Lead to be based in central London and support their global expansion.

Reporting into the Founders you will have a vital role in driving growth and developing strategic alliances, the role will require you to work collaboratively with partners and internal functions to forge commercially beneficial alliances and open up new opportunities. You will focus on expanding their brand’s reach and climate offerings, whilst also aspiring to increase revenue.

Key duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic partners, including corporate partners, investors and industry leaders.

  • Identification of business development opportunities, negotiating and securing strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand market presence.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that enhance partnership visibility and engagement.

  • Working with the current reduction and offset partners as well as building new partnerships to support clients on their net zero journey.

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and meetings to enhance their brand visibility and influence.


Candidates MUST have:

  • Good experience within a similar role, delivering partnership development within the sustainability, ESG software or environmental sectors.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful partnership deals.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.

  • Passion for sustainability, plus an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the carbon accounting space.


Desirable are:

  • Experience working in a start up business that is undergoing rapid growth.

  • Experience in an ESG SaaS solution business.

  • International partnerships experience.


This is a wonderful opportunity to join a progressive business, with hybrid working patterns that is looking to deliver a unique and first class service. The successful candidate will receive a basic of between £70,000 - £90,000, equity and good benefits.
